• 4.1 Understanding the organization and its context

  Identify the external and internal issues that affect the organization’s purpose and its ability to achieve the intended outcomes of the AI management system.

• 4.2 Understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties

  Identify interested parties relevant to the AI management system, their relevant requirements, and which requirements the system will address.

• 4.3 Determining the scope of the AI management system

  Define and document the boundaries and applicability of the AI management system after considering organizational context, interested-party requirements, and relevant AI activities.

• 4.4 AI management system

  Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve an AI management system, including the processes and interactions required by the standard.
