5.1 Leadership and commitment

Ensure top management demonstrates leadership and accountability for the effectiveness, direction, integration, resourcing, and continual improvement of the AI management system.
5.2 AI policy

Establish, maintain, communicate, and make available an AI policy that fits the organization’s purpose, supports objectives, includes applicable commitments, and promotes continual improvement.
5.3 Roles, responsibilities, and authorities

Assign, communicate, and ensure understanding of AI management system roles, responsibilities, and authorities, including responsibility for conformity and performance reporting.
