• 7.1 Resources

  Determine and provide the resources needed to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the AI management system.

• 7.2 Competence

  Determine required competence, ensure personnel are competent, address gaps, evaluate actions, and retain evidence of competence.

  Ensure relevant personnel understand the AI policy, their contribution to system effectiveness, and the consequences of nonconformity.

• 7.4 Communication

  Determine the internal and external communications relevant to the AI management system, including what, when, with whom, and how to communicate.

• 7.5.1 Documented information — General

  Maintain the documented information required by the standard and any additional information the organization determines is necessary for an effective AI management system.

• 7.5.2 Creating and updating documented information

  Apply appropriate identification, format, review, and approval controls when creating or updating documented information.

• 7.5.3 Control of documented information

  Control documented information so it is available and protected, with appropriate distribution, access, storage, change, retention, and disposition controls.
